This is a fake business satire magazine “Le Looneyaire”. Here you are seeing an imaginary cover page where the subject is Doge coin cryptocurrency. DogeCoin cryptocurrency is a joke that turned real and even captured the attention of Elon Musk.
To create my illustration, I made an anthropomorphism of Elon Musk with Doge dog. I then applied it to several storylines, Doge in space, Doge on the Moon, Elon Musk as Doge on the Earth with his family, Doge Nasa astronauts launching in a SpaceX, and various other scenes.
